Dr. Kylie Dunham
Dr. Kylie is a Dauphin County native who grew up participating in the local Pony Club and 4-H groups, as well as riding on the Lebanon Valley College IHSA team. Centerline Equine Veterinary Services is her way of returning to the horse community that led her to veterinary school.

After completing veterinary school in Knoxville, TN in 2023, she spent a year at Grand Prix Equine in Connecticut in a sports-medicine focused internship in order to gain experience with lameness and performance horse medicine. Since then, she has done a mix of general practice and emergency relief work. In addition to lameness and performance horse medicine, Dr. Dunham is passionate about emergency medicine, rehabilitative and alternative therapies.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Dunham enjoys riding her OTTB Fish, hiking with her dog, indoor rock climbing, and painting.

Why Centerline Equine?
The center line is both the beginning and end of a dressage test. As a (very amateur) dressage rider, Dr. Kylie chose this name because in a way, much like the center line of a dressage test, Centerline Equine is a result of coming full circle back to the horse community that influenced her decision to go to vet school many years ago. Veterinary medicine is a place where there is constant growth and learning never ends- much like in dressage training.
Vision
Centerline Equine Veterinary Services aspires to treat your horse like our own- combining current medical knowledge with a personal touch. While Dr. Kylie's background is primarily in sport horse work, her favorite patients are the hard-working school horses and the horses that shoulder the weight of adult amateur dreams.
