Frequently asked questions

Service Range Map:
This map depicts our typical range for appointments, but is not exact as our range is based on drive time rather than mileage.
If you are on the edge or outside of this range, please reach out to check if we are able to service you.

1. CEVS is payment at time of service only- we are not able to offer payment plans or delayed billing for new clients at this time. We accept cash, credit card, venmo, or check.

2. We ask that new clients fill out a consent and information form to confirm that you are either the owner or authorized agent to treat your horse. This can be found here.

3. In order to help appointments and emergencies go smoothly, we ask that horses are caught, haltered, and ready for their visit. If horses are unable to be caught in a timely manner on arrival, the appointment will have to be rescheduled.

4. CEVS is a small practice and limits our emergency coverage to be able to provide timely care to horses within our range. Please be patient with wait times if there are multiple emergencies that need to be seen.

5. If you need to contact CEVS on a weekend and DO NOT have an emergency, please utilize our email or contact form, and reserve the phone line for emergencies.
